General return information:
Please note that the return process may take up to 10 days.
The refund will be made in the same way like the order was placed.
How can I return my order?
German customers:
1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and put it in the parcel.
2. Stick the enclosed return label on the parcel and seal it carefully.
If the return label is missing in the package, you can create a new one here.
Austrian customers:
1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and put it in the parcel.
2. Create a return label for the return from Austria.
3. Print it, stick the return label on the parcel and seal it carefully.
Customers from other countries:
1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and put it in the parcel.
2. Send your parcel sufficiently stamped to the following address:
